"Extrremely friendly and knowledgeable regarding the ventless fireplace installation, and maintenance. They answered all my questions and even anticipated some of my concerns. They installed two ventless gas fireplace logs. They arrived on time and completed the installation in a timely manor. We received a lesson in using the remote, replacing batteries and simple maintenance. I could not be happier with the installation and of course the gas logs. Now we just have to wait till it get cold again to enjoy warmth from our fireplaces without treking in firewood and worrying about having Smoke and carbon monoxide wisping out of them."
