Family owned and family operated. Trustworthy to a fault. Certified and extremely knowledgeable about any type or brand of gas fireplace/firelog. My highest recommendation. My old vented gas firelog was well-maintained by Vicki and Michael over several years but at 30+ years old it was outdated. Parts of the steel grate had literally burned through. Owner-operator Doug Ball spent time explaining replacement options and costs to me, demonstrating each in their store with clear and expert information. Son-in-law Jon then removed the old difficult manual pilot-light and crumbling log set and very expertly installed a new set including a modern variable remote control. The new set looks great with the safety improvements of 30 years of advancements since the original set. Jon then proceeded to repair and make my original old fireplace door set workable rather than working to sell me on a new set that I actually requested! You won't go wrong using these great (Grate) people! Oh, I must add that checking prices online is pretty easy these days for highly rated and branded products, so I can quite literally say that you will be priced fairly and competitively! No, not related in any way! Just a happy customer.
